Your listing will be 2 pages on this website, the first being a summary of your property and includes one photo and an availabilty calendar and your rates.

Your second full listing page is displayed when the photo or links are clicked and will describe all of your property details and up to 12 photos plus the availability calendar. Note: That calendar can be added to your own website if requested.

We will only charge $30 per month or $299 per year per property listed and for new listings, the first month is free!

You setup the listing and web page using our simple type-in template.

Your listing will be published as soon as you have entered the details of your property and added up to 12 pictures using our on-line upload interface.

The dates that are booked are easily updated by checking the appropriate box on our 12 month calendar.

Maintenance is also quick and easy.

Viewers Interested in your property will click, complete and submit the Contact Form found on your unique listing pages. An email will then be sent directly to you at the email address you provided when you set up your listing. Your email address is never displayed so you avoid un-wanted spam.

No booking fees are applicable - ever.

In addition, we will promote this site heavily using our existing web portal sites throughout the Kootenay Rockies

We will tweet your (140 character) offerings on our Twitter Account. Just email them to us, it's all part of the service.
